All items will be packed and posted by the fantastic super cool folks from Moss Cottage, Dundrum, Main Street, Dublin 14.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process and post your item unless otherwise stated, pre-orders etc (though we will always aim to post your products as soon as we get your order) and once wrapped for delivery you will receive an email. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped on a Monday (or a Tuesday after a BH)

All Irish orders are shipped by Fastway and can take 1-3 working days to arrive after the initial processing time.

Please provide phone number for delivery purposes, we promise that we won’t share it with anyone else!!!

If you live somewhere that may require directions or you won't be at home please include your mobile no or maybe you should get it delivered to your workplace? If you have to change address after the package has left us we will have to charge you twice for shipping! Maybe get it shipped to where you work?

***You can use 0000 for a postal code if you're having problems with your own! :)

Need it wrapped for a gift & want us to leave the invoice out? No worries just let us know!

Want to place an order but want to collect it in the shop cuz you want to see us & bring tea?!!! No worries use the code MOSSCOLLECT & we will pop it aside ready for you.

Postage within Ireland is a flat €5, spend over €75 & Shipping is Free. This includes Northern Ireland (just pop in Ireland not UK in country) or you will be charged UK postage as it does this automatically! :)

UK delivery is €7.50, Free Shipping over €100 and can take a week or just over at busy periods ( so all of Nov & December)

European Delivery is €7.50 but when you spend over €100 it's Free!

*International Orders may take an additional 3 weeks (it depends where you live obvs) to arrive once this initial processing time has passed and are shipped by An Post.

To return something, please call us at 01 2157696 or email us at hello@mosscottage.ie. All returns must be authorised by a staff member at Moss HQ within 30 days of receipt.

received a damaged product? Ooops, we're SO sorry. Call us at 01 215 7696 within 10 days and we’ll sort it out.
